Beckham Ooey Gooey Foundation Wear 1 Share 1

The Beckham Ooey Gooey Foundation and The Tayshana Chicken Murphy Foundation have joined forces together to begin the Wear 1 Share 1 Uniform Outreach program (W1S1) to provide uniforms to schools that have been identified as having 40% or more of their student population living in households below the poverty line. The school district of our first recipients will be the STEAM Bridge School of District-11 in the Bronx, NYC. This district has 89.1% of its children living in homes below the poverty level in the US. Approximately 11.2% of them are in temporary housing or shelters, otherwise defined as homeless. The BECKHAM OOEY GOOEY FOUNDATION (here after referred to as BOGF) is a forming 503(c) private operating foundation. Odell Beckham Sr. is founder and executive director of the 7-member board of directors. Odell Beckham Sr. and members of his family sit as active members and advisors for the foundation. BOGF is filing for IRS Private Operating Foundation status. During the interim BOGF is joining with an existing tax exempt organization Tayshana "Chicken" Murphy Foundation to launch the philanthropic “WEAR ONE SHARE ONE" project. The Tayshana "Chicken" Murphy Foundation is exempt from Federal income tax under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue code. Contributions to the Tayshana "Chicken" Murphy Foundation are deductible under section 170 of the Internal Revenue code. The Tayshana "Chicken" Murphy Foundation is a public charity qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers, and gifts under sections 2055, 2106, or 2522 of the Internal Revenue code.
